If you have a personal friend, a family member,
one of your neighbors, a friend at work, or even yourself,
who needs to buy or sell real estate anywhere in the country,
you simply refer your buyer or seller to an agent of your
choice or select one from our database of agents. You make
the referral. It’s THAT simple! The selected agent will
do the heavy lifting through their local broker and send
My Referral Specialist a previously agreed upon referral
amount (standard fees are in the 20-25% range). My Referral
Specialist writes you a check for 80% of the total. You
simply submit the referral and we do the rest!
EXAMPLE Scenario:
You overhear a co-worker saying he is
being transferred to Atlanta. You ask him if he is working
with an agent. Using our system, you put him in touch with
an agent who knows the area where he is most interested
in purchasing property. You simply make yourself available
for general real estate advice. When they find a house
and close for $400,000, the Atlanta agent’s cut is 3% (or
$12,000). Since they had previously agreed to an industry-standard
25% referral fee (or $3,000), the My Referral Specialist
agent (YOU!) keeps 80% (or $2,400). Not bad for a phone
call and a little real estate advice.
